Our Community

Happy teachers. Happier classrooms.

We believe the way teachers feel at work matters to children. When teachers feel respected, supported, and valued, they have more energy to be patient, present, and engaged with the children. So we work to create a workplace where teachers can enjoy what they do, support one another, share ideas, and grow.
Because taking care of children starts with taking care of the people who care for them.

What Makes Aspen Different?

A Faster, More Supported Start

Starting school for the first time is a big transition.

At Aspen, every new child becomes the classroom's highest priority during their first days. Teachers carefully observe each child to understand what they truly need and respond accordingly.

And children don't go through this transition alone. With guidance from their teachers, classmates become part of the process, helping their new friend feel welcome and comfortable in the classroom community.

A Clean, Healthy Environment

Young children share a classroom, so a healthy environment matters.

We maintain high standards for cleanliness and hygiene throughout our classrooms and daily routines. From cleaning frequently touched surfaces to keeping classroom materials and shared spaces clean, we pay attention to the details that help create a healthier environment for children.

A healthier classroom means fewer interruptions to your child's school experience — and more days spent learning, playing, and growing with their friends.

Learning How to Be With Others

Learning to communicate and get along with others doesn't happen automatically.

At Aspen, teachers intentionally help children learn how to express what they need, listen to others, and communicate their feelings respectfully.

When conflicts happen, we don't simply step in and solve the problem. We help children understand what happened, consider another person's perspective, and learn appropriate ways to work things out.

These everyday moments become opportunities to build confidence, empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Stable Teachers, Stronger Relationships

Children do best when they can build lasting relationships with the adults who care for them.

That's why teacher stability matters to us. We work hard to create a workplace where teachers feel respected, supported, valued, and happy to be here.

When teachers enjoy their work and feel connected to their school community, they are better able to be present, patient, and engaged with children.

Happy teachers. Happier children. Happier families.

We believe taking care of the people who take care of children is part of taking care of children.

What Parents Say

★★★★★

Our child joined at just 1 year old, and we couldn't be happier with the care provided over the past two years! The environment is incredibly clean, and it's truly remarkable how rarely our child gets sick. The teachers are incredibly patient and caring — treating every child with love and respect. Most importantly, our child is genuinely happy every day. There are so many fun workshops and creative activities that keep them engaged and excited to come back. Highly recommend!

We are so glad we found Aspen Montessori. Ms. Wang and her team provide exceptional care for our child, and it’s clear they truly invest in each student’s growth and well-being. The facility is always spotless, and our child rarely gets sick, which gives us great peace of mind. We can also tell how engaging and enriching the environment is from the many creative arts and crafts projects brought home. We highly recommend Aspen Montessori to any family looking for a caring, stimulating, and well-run daycare.

We cannot recommend Aspen Montessori School enough! We switched our daughter there when she was 1.5 years old, and she has now been attending for the past 9 months. From the beginning, the transition felt so reassuring for our family. She talks about her teachers and friends at home all the time, and seeing how happy and comfortable she is there gives us so much peace of mind. Ms. Wang is incredibly warm, patient, and caring. We've also been amazed by how much our daughter has learned and grown since starting there. It feels like she comes home with new skills and experiences every week. We're so grateful to have found this daycare and hope to stay there for as long as possible. I love how the Montessori approach builds real independence. Our kids set the table, fold laundry, and problem-solve — skills they learned right here at Aspen.
