Full-Time

Lead Montessori Teacher

📍 Bothell Campus & Kenmore Campus

We're looking for an experienced, credentialed Montessori educator who brings warmth, creativity, and strong communication skills to our toddler, preschool, and kindergarten classrooms.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler/preschool children
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
  • Monitor and assess children's progress; communicate regularly with parents and guardians
  • Handle light record-keeping and maintain a joyful, organized classroom environment

Requirements

  • Toddler/Early Childhood Montessori accreditation required or willingness to begin formal accreditation training within 12 months
  • Previous experience working with toddlers preferred
  • Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education techniques
  • Strong communication skills — with children, parents, and fellow teachers

Assistant Teacher

Campus Director

📍 Kenmore Campus

We're seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing Kenmore Campus — someone who shares our commitment to authentic Montessori education and building strong family partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support classroom teachers to maintain high-quality Montessori curriculum standards
  • Oversee daily campus operations, safety, and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled families and the broader community
  • Manage campus enrollment, admissions, and family onboarding
  • Hire, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff
  • Collaborate with school leadership on budgeting and strategic growth

Requirements

  • Experience in early childhood education leadership or school administration
  • Knowledge of Montessori philosophy preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for nurturing children ages 12 months to 5 years

Yes! We are actively hiring for Lead Montessori Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Classroom Floater, and Campus Director roles at our Bothell and Kenmore campuses. Email aspenmontessorihr@gmail.com to apply.

For the Lead Montessori Teacher role, Toddler/Early Childhood Montessori accreditation is required — or you must be willing to begin formal accreditation training within 12 months. The Assistant Teacher role does not require prior Montessori certification; we provide training.
